I would like to volunteer to do something for SIGVE (add your name and your own suggestion according to your interests and your talents/skills).
Some suggestions (add your name
in bold if you want to take on the task):
- Canvas other SIG wikis for ideas about how this one can be most effective
- Canvas other SIG nings for (see above)
- Help enlist membership
- Put together a comprehensive listing here of all VEs we would like to explore and enlist and add your name as a sigve scout--see Virtual World Presences for suggestions and add to that list, too.
- Find an ombudsman for each VE
- Blue Mars: Julie Sugarplum
- Stagecoach Island: Ellen Nosal
- Quest Atlantis: Bron Stuckey
- Suggest a meeting place for future SIG meetings in SL (for now, in other VEs for later)
- Take on leadership of the SIG Birds of a Feather for ISTE2010 in Denver: BronStuckey
- Help with Denver party planning: Julie Sugarplum, Roxie Neiro
- Hold weekly office hours in some platform, beginning with SL -
